De-Install

This process includes turning off the equipment, taking the equipment apart so that it can be packaged, and saving all necessary interrelated cables and wiring. Our technicians will take apart all peripheral equipment such as CSU/DSU's, Routers, Modems, Racking equipment and Battery Backup Systems. Also, as part of our service, we provide the collection of telephone, monitors, PC equipment, printers and power supplies. Our technicians and packers will go from floor to floor and desk to desk to collect all necessary equipment. We know how important it is to find all parts. Our technicians are prompt and resourceful. They will come to the site prepared to pack all equipment and if necessary remove the equipment for shipping from their local office.

Inventory and Packing

All equipment is professionally prepared for shipping. We provide different levels of packing service based on how we are shipping the equipment.

In most cases, smaller equipment such as phones are packed using bubble wrap, peanuts and proper boxes for shipping via ground or air freight. We provide various palletizing and crating services for large and bulky equipment. Special services such as rigging to move heavy equipment, labor to carry equipment through tough areas and battery removals are also all available through Tech-Pack, Inc.

Nationwide, we will have your equipment prepared for shipping as if it were our own. We stand behind our work and problems that may result from the shipment of any equipment we handle.

VoIP

Deployment may be incremental, but companies should be thinking about where VoIP could take them.  Executives should ask what they could do if, on demand, they could bring all their employees, customers, suppliers, and partners together in a virtual room, with shared access to every modern communications and computing channel.  They should take a fresh look at their business processes to find points at which richer and more customizable communications could eliminate bottlenecks and enhance quality.

We use reputable carriers to provide all shipping services. You can rest assured that your equipment will be handled with the best available care and will be properly insured in case of an accident. We insure all equipment for values usually provided by our clients. Insurance is available for amounts as low as $100.00 up to special shipments of $500,000.00 or more.

Your choices are unlimited as to the shipping service you receive. Special removals and deliveries are arranged through our extensive network of technicians and transit providers. Tech-Pack, Inc. does what it takes to deliver your shipment on time and to the right destination.
